The STIHL FSA 30 is equipped as standard with the STIHL PolyCut 3-2 cutting head with 2 durable and movable plastic PolyCut blades . To enable quick blade changes, up to 6 PolyCut blades can be stored in the battery-powered machine's storage unit and replaced directly on the cutting head without tools. The FSA 30 can also be used with the AutoCut C 3-2 cutting head, which is available as an accessory and has a cutting line diameter of 1.4 mm.

The foldable spacer arm makes it easy to cut precisely and smoothly around plants, trees, bushes and other objects.
